This page explains what ALA Consulting Group LLC collects through this website and what happens to it.

What is collected

When you contact ALA by email or through a website form, ALA receives the contact details, message and project information you choose to provide.

When you request a guide, ALA receives your name, email address and organization. ALA may reply about that request. Requesting a guide does not subscribe you to a mailing list.

The hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include your IP address and browser type. These logs support site operation and security.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set cookies. It does not use analytics, advertising, or social media trackers.

How it is used

It is used to reply to you and to keep a record of the conversation. ALA does not sell it, rent it, or add you to a mailing list.

Who handles it

• Vercel hosts this website.
• This website creates a PDF of your submitted answers. Resend processes the submission and delivers the message and PDF to ALA’s inbox.
• Mail providers process email inquiries and ALA’s replies.

How long it is kept

ALA keeps inquiries for as long as they are needed to respond and to maintain ordinary business records. You can ask for yours to be deleted at any time.
